Description
Alivi Connect Application is the channel of benefit redemption within Alivi Provider Network.
It is for the use of the Alivi Providers, for accepting CareCard Member allowance redemptions via the Member’s CareCard Physical Cards or CareCard Mobile app.
Providers can do below transactions;
‐ Sales: Providers can review covered benefits and their costs in the close loop network from members.
‐ Refund: Providers can do refund and trigger refund transaction to Members.
‐ Statement: Providers can view their statement of all transactions in all of the locations they work at.
