This app and website used to be awesome. What happened? You want me to pay $54/mo to read messages from potential applicants? Screw that. Facebook is free. I can put an ad in the paper for way cheaper. Deleting the app. Not worth my time and money.
Terrible app
The app crashes, it constantly reminds me my schedule is out dated, why I can only make it for 3 weeks out is just stupid. Notifications never go away, and in general its annoying to use. However!! Care.com on a computer is fine! (Still same complaint about the schedule) but its much easier to use and doesnt crash.
Help
How do I get my messages? It says I have one but when I click on it it says I have to upgrade to premium. I cant answer anyone. Whats with that? The ppl will think Im not interested, but Im unable to respond to them. Im very disappointed in this app. It use to be free.

Flawed!!!
Horrible. Easy navigation on app + website, but there are so many flaws. Many people who post jobs cannot communicate with those applying + vice versa! Care.com should allow people to communicate without having to upgrade. Maybe more people would upgrade if there was something valuable to begin with in the free version. Also, there isnt a way for those searching for jobs to see if a job has already been filled or still available --- care.com should require that the job posted to be update whether its available or not! I see so many posts from weeks ago still up, yet no one knows if the job has already been filled or still available. Its so frustrating! The communication/messaging issue is the worst thing.... Also, care.com should make it mandatory for those posting a job to reply to those applying + if they arent interested in that person, at least there should be an automated button that replies for them stating that they arent interested. Its frustrating not knowing whether the application isnt being looked over or not... Update and make changes immediately. Ive found various articles online of people complaining about similar things!!!
Credits ?
Its so stupid. Im 16 and obviously if Im applying for a job I need money . So why do I have to pay for credits to apply to the best jobs ???? Is there a way to get free credits ???
