The CarsDirect DX app is the brand new mobile companion to the Dealer Extranet application for use by our dealer clients. With the CarsDirect DX app, our dealers can receive Hot Lead alerts via push notifications. A Hot Lead is a lead from a consumer that is ready to make a purchase, and who should be contacted by someone at the dealership immediately. In other words, they are consumers the dealer should contact right away because: • Weve interacted with the customer and confirmed their purchase intent. • They specifically want to be contacted by the dealership. Features: • Receive hot lead alerts from anywhere on the lot. • Review high quality New Car, Used Car and Special Finance leads. • Read customers comments and notes from our customer service team. • Call and email customers right from the app to schedule a visit to the dealership or collect more information. • Get instant access to the main features of the Dealer Extranet application right from your mobile phone.
