A Case of Identity (by Arthur Conan Doyle) is presented by Folium Partners. This standalone audiobook app combines a professional audio recording with supplemental features for download-once, grab-and-go anywhere enjoyment. The story is brought to life with all its characters performed by master Holmes performer, David Ian Davies. There were 56 original stories written by Conan Doyle and published in The Strand magazine between 1891 and 1929. The stories are divided among five series. This is from the first series, “The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes”. In this story Miss Mary Sutherland, angry and beside herself with feelings of loss, asks Sherlock Holmes to solve the sudden, mysterious disappearance of a shy and attentive man she has grown to love upon the very day they were to be married. While you’re listening you can read background information about Conan Doyle and the story, play word search games based on the story, etc. DURATION: About a 45 minute performance.
