The App is simple and works for most part. Sometimes it throws out an Error Message and you have to start all over. Worst thing however is that is does not keep you personal data, you have to enter everything all over and over again. There is no "profile" function and no "my bookings" overview. It is just another interface to the regular booking site. Also it does not allow copy&paste in fields like phone number and creditcard number. Therefor no reason to install this app as it does not bring any benefit towards the regular booking webpage.
ログイン機能なく不便 何の為のアプリ？
ログイン機能がないので個人情報入力をする手間がある ホームページからログインして購入すれば個人情報入力は省かれる プロモ料金セールの時アプリだとプロモ料金が反映されてなく それでも入力して次へ進んで行くと決済の時反映されるのでアプリを使う気がなくなる
Buggy App! Not synced with the website
The app keeps saying no flights available on the date selected. But if I search via the website there are flights available.
Logon to Account
Option to login to account and modify bookings.
Annoyingly frustrated
It is very difficult to even book a flight on the app. Ive even heard of others try for the whole day to no avail. Also, when a promo comes up, it doesnt even show up when you are trying to secure the dates. After all has been said and done, your chances of booking are better if you just go to the office. Might as well not have an app. Hope you guys make upgrades soon....
Basically useless
No stars but it wont push through so heres one star. Tried saving my boarding pass in my iPhone but I couldnt even find my booking since the app cant find my booking reference. I hope that they improve this. Ive had better experiences with the app of Cathay.
Your developers has to "Do More"
Its great to see a great improvement from the app since this was established, I see that you guys are already starting to use the "Push Notifications" for current promos and you have also improved a lot by putting the promotions page from the main screen so that users of the app will be able to easily check it prior to booking an itinerary, thats wonderful. I was hoping you can improve the app even more by having an option to sign in to an account and pull up previous bookings just like any other airline app, I believe this will be very helpful, try considering this on your future releases.
