Description

Important : This game should be played in combination with lesson materials from Chrono@Work to achieve sustainable behavioural change. Without this lesson material the game can still be played, but wont lead to behaviour changes. The Charge your BrainzZz game is an action game in which players have to bring a wild bunch of enchanted objects to rest. The goal of the game: establish a long-term behavioural change in players. In the game, players can experience the effects of routine, going to bed early and electronic devices on your quality of sleep. The high replayability value allows this game to be used as support for an educational program, but it can also be played at home.
