I have to use the internet browser to go through website for queue status check. The app should provide the info. instead.

Its sad that many features available via the website are still not implemented for the mobile app. Weve been waiting for more than two years but they cant get it done.

Former routine visitor to app and regular ChargePoint user. Recently updated the app and now no longer have an account. Apparently my email address is no longer recognized by ChargePoint despite receiving email from them to said email account. Hmmm. Annoying

I dont know why people have issues with topping up, its completely configurable online in your account or by changing payment information. The only issue Im having is the app requiring login more often with the latest version. Hoping that can get fixed. Previously Id always open the app and it was logged in.

App not remembering account details since latest upgrade
