Checa y elige es una app que te ayuda a llevar un registro puntual de los alimentos y bebidas no alcohólicas preenvasados que consumes y qué porcentaje de nutrimentos y energía aportan a tu dieta diaria.
Con ella puedes vigilar a diario que tu consumo de otras grasas, grasa saturada, azúcares totales y sodio no rebase el 100% y que tu ingesta de energía (calorías) sea de 2 mil calorías.
Esta app también te permite almacenar tu información en un histórico por día a lo largo del año, para que puedas consultarla en cualquier momento.
