Description
This program can make small picture for documents many government office require. Left side is source image for copies. Open PNG or JPEG picture or drag PNG or JPEG picture to left side. You can adjust size and position create and print small pictures for government documents and passports. Create small photos size 2×3 cm, 2.5×2.5 cm, 3×4 cm, 4×6 cm to print with 10×15 cm photo paper common for printing photos.
