Childs Play by Tuq is not only quick and fun, but educational for the budding iOS developer. Each game is fully programmed and animated, with the source code available online through GitHub.
Everything is done through UIKit, so no complicated code is used. The project is well organized, and has comments for anything that may be unclear.
All the graphics and code are available under the M.I.T. license.
We even show how to implement a basic A.I. for Tic-Tac-Toe.
