Can’t get the bulb to play music

I can NOT get this app to work. I restarted the iPod Touch.....nothing. It constantly crashes.

The new app update is no good , I can't even use the app anymore , it won't even connect anymore . It just starts to twitching and tell's me that I'm already connected when I'm not , I can't even switch colors on my bulbs and I just got them 2 weeks ago
