App funktioniert oft gar nicht, wenn man auf die entsprechende Seite zum Buchen eines Hotels weitergeleitet wird. Ruft man dann im Hotel an, um telefonisch zu buchen, bekommt man grundsätzlich einen höheren Preis. Warum bekommt man oft keine Buchungsbestätigung zugeschickt, wenn es denn doch mal klappt mit der online Buchung? Warum kann mann die Buchung nicht in iPhone wallet speichern. Das Ganze ist eher ärgerlich und der Reputation von Mövenpick abträglich.
