As a custodian bank, City Bank will perform the following functions for its custodial clients:
• Hold fund and shares/stocks/securities in safe custody;
• Arrange purchases and sales of securities;
• Collect information on income from such assets (e.g. dividends, interests, etc.);
• Provide information on the underlying companies, manage cash transactions, perform foreign exchange transactions where required and provide regular reporting on all activities;
• Arrange repatriation of capital gains and dividends to the clients’ overseas bank account upon receiving instructions from the clients;
