Description
The CityCares app provides an easy way for citizens to submit requests to their local government. Examples include: Road or Sidewalk repair, Traffic Lights out, etc. To use the app, the municipality must have a subscription to the Novo Solutions Citizen Request Management system. Each municipality using the system decides what types of requests can be handled through the application.
