O programa se apresenta como gratis, porém ele vem intensionalmente desafinado (em escala pitagórica). Se você quiser que ele toque afinado, você tem que pagar uma taxa. Não sou contra o desenvolvedor receber pelo seu trabalho, mas que pelo menos ele indique na descrição do produto que se trata de uma versão de demonstração.

I was looking for something to replicate notes so I could determine a key for a given arrangement on the fly. This did the trick. Shame you can’t map keys to your computer’s keyboard (Maybe you can, but I’m too lazy to dig for a real solution). If you need something to hit keys on, and nothing else (like me), then this is for you.
