I’ve used this app for several years. For me, it’s always worked well. When I take a water sample in to be professionally tested, my water is typically perfect. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. One tip. It might be because I always used a white piece of paper behind strip, in the shade. However, since I upgraded to the pro 15 iphone, it appears my Clorox app can’t use the focus. This is a HUGE problem.

Results are all over the place. One reading said my ph was 8+, the same strip seconds later said the ph was down in the 6 range. Test strips are already inaccurate as it is, but this app only makes it worse.

I'm not able to download my app because my phone is too new. It's a year old

So far, I like the app. I took a water sample to my pool place and was given their results. I tested the water this morning using the Clorox Pool app and the results were almost identical. I had no problem loading the app nor did I have a problem with the scanning part. I'm 67 years old and I thought it was a good thing to help me out. It appears I'm on the right track.

This app is on to sell sell sell chemicals it will totally mess your pool up and break u it has given me the same reading saying I need scale and metal and ph up for two weeks then I tried the help line several times it was nothing but ads for d tv spectrum cable life alert systems and others never got to talk with anyone when the ads end it tells u to hang up its a joke very disappointed

Not accurate enough readings. Wrong readings. The app itself is extremely slow, when it works. Many times it never opens.
