I am bewildered by the positive reviews. This is the worst app I have ever purchased. It crashes and drops connection within 3 seconds. I have reopened the app 10 times and within 3 sections the camera freezes and then connection is lost each and every time. I am quite proficient with computers, as is my husband and between the two of us we could not keep a connection. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Please read further at the “hidden" negative reviews before buying this app.
BEST BABY MONITOR APP OUT THERE!
I’ve had this app for over a year now and love it! I have several old iPhones and have them set up as the “child” unit. I can view from anywhere, whether or not on wifi. I love the new feature to be able to use with a bluetooth ear piece. I can logon, put the phone my “parent” unit phone in my pocket and hear my baby literally breathing! The mic is supersensitive. Also, the features such as noise and movement alerts operate just as described. Overall, this app has been the most useful app I’ve ever used. As mentioned in other reviews, make sure to perform software updates regularly, because whenever you get a software alert from apple, it has the tendency to kill the app. Other baby monitor apps merely alert you when they detect a sound, this one provides constant audio and video monitoring…it gives you a sense of reassurance the the app is working. I can literally hear a wall clock ticking in the same room as the “child” unit!

Genau die Funktionen die man braucht!
Diese App ist die super Kombination zur gleichnamigen App auf dem iPhone/iPad. Man kann arbeiten und nebenbei auf dem Mac Bildschirm die Video/Audio Überwachung des kleinen Babys sehen. Die Übertragung von Ton ist sehr gut. Ein sehr klarer und rauschfreier Ton. Auch die Videoübertragung ist sehr gut und ruckelfrei. Natürlich muss euer WLAN eine gute Verbindung haben. Aber das ist technische Grundvoraussetzung. Ich würde mir nur noch wünschen Audio und Video nur bei Bedarf vom Mac aus an der Kindereinheit (iPhone im Kinderzimmer) an und auszuschalten. Ansonsten überträgt das iPhone zu viele Daten was sich auf die Akku zeit auswirkt, sollte mal kein Ladekabel vorhanden sein.

Awesome Monitor!
I love everything about this app! It has everything you need in a video monitor in your child’s room for a fraction of the cost. I’ve never had any connection problems making it totally reliable. The iPad serves as the child unit while my iPhone, macbook, and iPod are the parent units. FYI: I had to pay $3.99 for the app when I downloaded using my iPhone and then an additional $5.99 to download it in my macbook. Some of the features require premium subscription of $9.99/year which may be worth it depending on your needs.
