This update adds a welcome experience for new users and makes learning more rewarding.

・Added an onboarding flow for first-time users.
・Learning is more fun: cloud collection progress, cumulative quiz stats, and achievements.
・Open AR mode (point at the sky to label clouds) in one tap from the Learning screen.
・Tapping a sky-moment notification now opens the camera right away.
・Privacy: location is now off by default when sharing (you can still choose each time).
