Description

This app is used by home inspectors, building code officials, contractors, real estate agents, home owners or anyone wanting to reference applicable common building codes for any age property. The user can choose the year the property was built and the application will display only the codes that were applicable at that time. If the user wishes to see subsequent code changes, then a later year or "All Codes" can be chosen. NOTE: These codes are primarily valid in the USA, check your state/country model codes before purchase
