I have to say first that I did not use that app for long : I tested it, but had some difficulties that blocked me. Here are some of the problems that made me stop it - I couldn’t understand the UI easily. I guess reading a user guide would help, but after using a pretty fair amount of photo editing software, it is the first time I cannot get any result, or understand the basics of the philosophy of the software in 10 minutes. - It is slooooooooow … I mean, really ! I tried it with an image from an iphone 4, which is not a huge image, it takes forever to process the image. So much that there is no preview of your work, you work “blind”, then ask for a processing and wait, then change some settings, then ask for a processing and wait, …. - The integration to the platform is really not great. It is not an OS X app, it doesn’t look or behave like anything else in the OS. One simple exemple : imediately after launching, you have to select your language (this is supposed to be automatic based on your system settings). So in the end, the application is not really comfortable, and will not help me get great reasults with my images. So I don’t keep it. Sorry dev team :-(.

Not confortable to use
Not the easiest to use.
First of all, you lose a star for the idiotic spam everytime I click to process bother customers about emails is stupid form. You need to fix that annoyance. When you’re working, the last thing you want to do is click spam stupidity about emails or whatever it is every single time. As far as the app goes, its not the easiest to use. If there’s a shortcut on the screen to hit process without going to the menu I don’t see it. Also, the color picker should work all over the screen, including the image so if I only want to fix part of a photo and want to keep the colors already in a photo, I would choose the colors already on a photo and mark the areas of the photos with the brush. As is I can’t ealy keep colors already on a photo as It’s too hard to find without the color picker. This app needs work.
Хорошая программа
Разобрался с пошаговой инструкцией и всё норм .
Ive Been Wanting A Tool Like This!
CODIJY passed my most basic test: if I open it and dont read the instructions, can I still make it do something and enjoy the results? The answer was yes! My first test (on a challenging b&w photo) yielded good colorizing results. I can only assume that the results will improve when I learn what to do (grin). I also give points to the very responsive customer support folks. I couldnt get the app to open (turns out it needs OSX 10.7, not 10.6.6 - and theyre updating the app description) and they were very quick to respond and helpful in every way.
Works pretty good to change Colors in Photos
I’m surprised this Appp does not have more reviews. I bought the App as part of Two Dollar Tuesday and glad I did, There is a Pro version that costs quite a bit more but the non Pro version will satisfy many. When I first started out I was not getting too good of results but you can play around with this app and learn how to use it. There are also Tutorials that will help a lot. I have been getting some pretty good results when converting a Black and white photo to color. Just use the Color picker to select a color then use the pen tool to add in your colors. If you don’t like the results you can easily switch back to edit mode and try again. One con is Drag and Drop to load a picture is not supported yet. I Emailed support and was told that was going to be added.
