First let me say that I LOVE COFFEE. And I love to read about coffee - history, recipes, methods and new ideas. This has it all. Im especially impressed by the caliber of the contributors, like Mark Prince. The variety of content surprised me. (Who knew Japan had a coffee spa?) Ive subscribed and highly recommend this magazine to any coffee-lover!
