Description

The designs of sophisticated and professional websites should meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). This also implies that the selected combination of foreground and background color must meet a predefined difference in brightness and color difference. This is necessary to ensure full access to the content for visitors suffering from deficits in color perception. The Color Accessibility Checker calculates the difference in brightness and color between two colors. You can either conveniently select the colors via the color picker of Mac OS X or enter an RGB or HEX value. Features: ------------------------------------------------- ✓ Display the recommended brightness difference of two colors ✓ Display the recommended color difference of two colors ✓ Determination of the brightness difference of two colors ✓ Determination of the color difference of two colors ✓ Conversion of RGB value to HEX value ✓ Conversion of HEX value to RGB value Please note: Issues posted to the reviews cannot be addressed. If a problem should arise with the application, please use the support link to the right.
