Description

Color Picker, the utility application, designed for all Cocoa developers and application designers. An efficient color picker, for professionals, who care about optimizing their workflow and speed up their process. With Color Picker, you can choose any color from everywhere on your screen using the magnifier and selecting your desired pixel. Then a preview of the color, its Hexadecimal, RGB value, NSColor and UIColor is displayed. You can copy the code with a single click, drag n drop or use the new shortcuts to paste it into your source code. Color Picker has now become even better. - With the new Menubar option, you can quickly access your recently copied or recently saved colors. - Drag and drop your code from the application to any program you are working on. (e.g. Xcode) Additionally, the app can read any HEX or RGB values that you might type and show you the corresponding color and code. 
Last but not least, Color Picker gets you out of trouble remembering the colors you used, as it contains a library, where you can store the colors for any use in the future, simply by dragging the preview box to the library. Especially for developers is now given the chance of Zero suppression, where they can remove redundant zeroes from the float numbers, as well as appending a semicolon in the source code. INUTILISABLE avec deux ecrans !!

J’ai acheté ce logiciel en me disant je prefere en acheter un plutot que de prendre un gratuit ce sera mieux… Et resultat je veux pipeter une couleur sur mon deuxieme écran et ca ne marche pas dans la loupe y a mon ecran principal pas le deuxieme !! Comment on se fait rembourser ?

Kein Multi-Screen support

Völlig unbrauchbar wenn man mit mehr als einem Monitor arbeitet. Außerdem schade, dass die ausgewählte Farbe nicht automatisch ins clipboard kopiert wird. Ein Setting hierfür wäre toll.

Finally I found the app I was looking for. Multi-Screen is supported perfectly. HEX-values can be copied to the clipboard via shortcut. Nice! Thanks.

Geldgier ohne Rücksicht auf Benutzer?

Ich nutzte die App schon seit Jahren, jedoch jetzt werde ich zum Kauf aufgefordert und die App erscheint nicht mehr unter meinen Käufen.

Probleme mit mehreren Displays

Kann ich bestätigten: mit mehreren Displays funktioniert die App leider nicht korrekt und ist unbrauchbar. Schade. Bitte nachbessern.

Also ich kann nicht bestätigen, dass es beim Betrieb von mehreren Monitoren zu Problemen kommt, ganz im Gegenteil. Color Picker sieht die Farbe genau so, wie sie vom ICC Profil geliefert wird. Wenn man bei einem Betrieb von mehreren Monitoren unterschiedliche Profile benutzt, ist es logisch dass die Farbe nicht nur anders dargestellt wird. Da würde ich mir gerne noch wünschen, dass die App ICC Profile unterstützen würde, da man ansonsten immer erst auf ein neutrales Profil wie sRGB IEC61966-2.1 wechseln muss. Ansonsten tut die App das was sie soll.

Praktisch und nützlich!

Ich verwende dieses Tool jetzt schon etwas länger, aber in der aktuellen Version wurden auch noch ein paar kleinere Macken beseitigt. Nachdem das Tool unter macOS Sierra nicht mehr funktionierte war ich auf der Suche nach anderen Tools, die noch funktionieren. Aber ich konnte mich mit keinem dieser Tools so recht anfreunden. Wer mit Objective-C oder Swift arbeitet, für den ist dieses Tool ideal. Einfach die aktuelle Farbe picken, im Dialog abändern und die geänderte Farbe als Anweisung zurück in den Quellcode kopieren! Schnell und praktisch. Und wenn man so wie ich die Farben gefühlte 20x ändern muss bevor alles passt, dann legt man sich die Farben als Swatches ab, um sie nicht dauernd wieder suchen zu müssen. Gut so!
