Description

The Colorblind Corrector is a useful tool for sufferers of Red/Green color blindness. The App works by isolating specific colors within the normal visual spectrum - boosting some whilst suppressing others and by doing so enabling those suffering with the most common forms of color blindness to do something they have never been able to do before; easily distinguish between colors. In development we tested many diagnosed color blind people from all over the world and every one of the test subjects reported 100% improvements in color perception. Using the standard Ishihara Color Test Plates (a series of colored dot patterns depicting numbers and shapes) users reported that after viewing through the app they were now able to see all plate patterns with the same results as a fully color sighted person. For those with normal vision it will be difficult to fully grasp the significance of such a specific vision corrector – but for color blind people this app has the potential to make a huge difference.
