I would love to rate this app, but I simply cannot log in! The web portal works fine (despite there being nothing in the download section) with the same log in credentials, but no dice on the app. I have deleted the app and re-installed several times with the same result. I do not get an 'error' message on the log in screen, just a brief blue circle on the 'sign in' button, then the button is back to normal as if nothing happened. Very frustrating..

The App is worthless. You cannot rely on it as it malfunctions way more than it functions. It was much superior before the "down"date. What's more, Comcast does not seem to care or even recognize that their protect is quite possibly the worst ever. This is one priest that knows deception when I see it.
