1. YF Life policyholders – download your ePolicyholder Card, which offers easy access to an array of services for total peace of mind:
• Worldwide Emergency Assistance Benefits
• Home Assistance Services (applicable only to Hong Kong)
• Concierge Services (applicable only to YF Life PLATINUM Concierge Card)
2. YF Life Employee Benefits members (for selected clients only)
• Retrieve benefit schedule
• Check claim history & claim status
• Submit electronic claims (if applicable)
• Search network doctor (if applicable)
• Download forms
3. MASS MPF Scheme members
• View account details, download benefit statement and change of personal information via “Virtual Agent”
• Submit change of fund allocation and fund switching in express way via “Investment Instructions”
• View constituent fund details and latest fund price via “Constituent Fund”
