Description
ConnectVictoria is the City of Victoria’s newest smartphone app, allowing citizens a new and simple way to connect with their local government. The mobile app makes information easily accessible and uses the city’s website as the source of information. ConnectVictoria allows residents to search for jobs, latest news, media releases, events, contact information and submit a service request through their mobile device.
The service request function will allow residents to report potholes, street light outages and other issues right from the app. Residents can take a picture of the issue, pinpoint it on a map, and submit directly to the City right from their phone. The City’s social media channels are also integrated into the app.
The app was conceptualized, designed and developed in Victoria at FreshWorks Studio. www.freshworks.io
