Cant open the app?

Disappointed

Iamjimhs · 14 years ago · v1.7

I cannot access magazine even though I have subscribed. No response from CR or APP support (Apple). Will be demanding a refund.

Cant open latest or earlier issues

Vericky · 13 years ago · v1.7

As a fully paid subscriber, I expect that I should be able to tap the app icon and get the magazine I paid for. Instead its a painful exercise of trying to delete/reinstall/cross my fingers and hope that Ill be able to read what used to be so incredibly simple to buy from a local magazine shop. The Consumer Reports app is NOT a Recommended Best Buy.

No Retina Display.

Ben Palmer · 13 years ago · v1.7

It is a great magazine but the app is FAR from perfect. There is no retina display support, and the app hasnt been updated for 6 months. Also it is slow and downloading magazines is confusing and slow. Needs improvement.

Dissatisfied consumer

Tinkastewie · 13 years ago · v1.7

Well, I purchased what I thought was access to consumers magazine. But no, what I have is a useless app and if I want to read a current consumer magazine I pay five bucks per issue. Something is wrong here and I suggest consumers inc. review this process as they would anything else and this could be found under section "sucker every day".

People confuse access to consumerreports.org to subscribing to the magazine

nodrog63 · 13 years ago · v1.7

Mag. Subscription and access to consumerreports.org are not the same thing. One does not include the other. Note you can choose what to compare on the site etc or read the articles in the subscription. Know which you want before you buy.
