Description
A contrast bath is a type of physical therapy exercise used for treating nerve damage. This contrast bath timer alerts the user when to switch water tubs (i.e. every 1 minute) and also alerts when overall time has expired. You can use this app to read a book instead of having to pay attention to a clock timer and keeping track of how many more times to switch tubs. Hope you find it helpful!
