Everybody is intimidated because its always paired with something incredibly ornate and fancy. But its actually incredibly easy to make! Dont be intimidated by the drizzle of chocolate mousse or the delicate array of white chocolate truffles. Just make a great dish!
In this game we have the most famous greek restaurant and we have to make a cheese pie. Today we must prepare a huge cheese pie because our favorite client asked us this. To prepare a pie we need 250g gouda cheese, grated, 200g gruyere chesse, 200g smoked ham, 200g feta cheese, crumbled, 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, freshly ground pepper, 1 packet phyllo dough (450g), 100g olive oil, 3 eggs, 500 ml milk, 1/5 teaspoon ground nutmeg and salt. After about fifteen minutes we have to put a layer of dough on top and after we put the pieces of cheese and cheese. This will repeat it once again to the high greek food. After I finished it done, you have to stuffing in the oven about twenty minutes to bake and cheese to stick the rest of the dough.
