The glossary is not always as helpful as I would like (e.g. some entries are pictures only with no explanation) and that is why I rated it four stars. The developer is very responsive to inquiries. Be aware that in the bread recipes, he means fresh cake yeast even though the recipe says active dry yeast. Everything I have made has turned out wonderfully.”

Ich habs getan!
Heute, im Supermarkt. Da lacht mich ein Thunfischfilet an, und erinnert mich an eines der Rezepte aus dem KOCHEN! - Buch, mit dem ich schon seit Monaten dreimal die Woche für Frau und Kind koche. Aber an welches? Es war mit Sesam, das wusste ich noch. Ich hatte es nur beim Durchblättern gesehen, aber noch nie gemacht. Jetzt endlich die Chance! Also, iPhone raus, die Digitalversion von KOCHEN! aufgemacht. Und da war es! Thunfischstäbchen in Sesampanade. Mit allem, was ich noch weissen muss fürn Einkauf. Schwarzen Sesam gabs im Laden leider nicht, egal, dann eben nur weisser. Und Reis und Blattspinat. Zubereitung nach Bildern war ein Kinderspiel. Super Lecker! Sohnemann fand: Besser als Fischstäbchen. Wow. Und meine Angetraute? Wollte sofort die App auf ihrem iPad haben. Für den nächsten Einkauf.
