COOL CITIES is a guide for individuals! Feel local before arrival by exploring outstanding photographs of refreshing newcomers and all time classics. The App takes the shortest route to a fine selection of locations, saving you searches through countless tips and ratings. Search by district, category and „around you“ to create your personal tour and add your own favorites. The offline map guides you through your ideal trip without the need of internet connection. Ist die fünf Euro nicht wert Programm hängt sich auf und auch die Infos sind alles andere als hilfreich . Würde es nicht mehr kaufen

Wenn ich mir die Stadt von "Freunden und Insidern" zeigen lassen würde, würden garantiert nicht die hier vorgestellten Bars, Clubs und Restaurants auf der Liste stehen. Die hier vorgestellten sind eher für den dickeren Geldbeutel geeignet. Was ich mir für eine "Reiseführer-App" wünschen würde, wären die wirklichen "Points of Interests", also angesagte Locations mit den Angaben, wann dort was los ist. Meistens hängt man doch als Fremder hinterher und ist zum falschen Zeitpunkt am falschen Ort, wenn man sich nicht auskennt. Die App bietet nicht die Informationen, die man sich wirklich wünschen würde, eben Locations, die nicht in jedem Reiseführer stehen und die bezahlbar sind, um diesen auch einen Besuch abstatten zu können. Welcher Normalbürger wohnt denn schon im Hotel "The Savoy"? Und um die regulären Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Tower Bridge, London Eye oder Big Ben finden zu können, bedarf es nicht eines solchen Reiseführers. Die App wird zwar gerade kostenlos angeboten, bezahlen würde ich hierfür keinen Cent. Zumal auch noch nervende Werbung für den "Smart" untergebracht ist. Die App sollte sich doch eigentlich schon allein durch diese Werbung finanzieren können. Ein paar schöne Bilder und nette Aufmachung, das wars. Schade, hatte mir aufgrund der Inhaltsangabe mehr versprochen.
