Live longer and healthier! This exercise program is designed to strengthen your core muscle groups, including the upper legs, hips, buttocks, back, abs, and shoulders. Too often, exercise programs are designed to provide men those “beach biceps” or the “sculptured legs” for women that have the goal of impressing other people and not actually making you healthier. This series of yoga stretches and resistant training exercises will make you stronger, healthier and happier. The program takes about 40 minutes to complete and only needs to be done three to four times a week for you to see a marked improvement in your strength, energy, and quality of life. Each exercise in this program also gives you an advanced option that you can perform as you get stronger and your level of fitness increases. The program does not need you to spend a small fortune on exercise equipment. All that is needed is a set of dumbbells, exercise ball and a medicine ball. All of these items can be found for under $10.00 to $20.00 at most sporting goods or department stores.
