App kept crashing when the "do you want to restore previous purchases? No thanks, Restore" pop-up option shows. Please fix!

When does this app update for the most recent issue??

Ive already been charged for the year for August, but the latest issue thats being advertised on this app isnt even available for download yet. To find customer service contact info for the U.S. and for this app is difficult to locate. It doesnt make sense to have a latest issue advertised through the app but not make it available for download. FIX please.
