Cost Splitter allows you to keep track of shared costs on any event, be it a vacation or just a night out on the town. Quickly and easily add events along with the items purchased, who paid and who owes. Then allow cost splitter to calculate who owes who and send the summary via e-mail or SMS. Share an event with your family and friends who also have the Cost Splitter app via e-mail, importing the event is done by simply opening the attached .csp file. Cost Splitter has a clean and simple user interface that also allows you to maintain a list of people in your events via its built in database. People are then automatically added to the events if they purchased an item or owe for an item. Who owes how much to who?

The app is pretty simple, works great at first, until you arrive at the end and it is supposed to tell you who owes what to who. Either I am dumb, or this app doesnt work! I had to recalculate everything and realized some amounts were wrong. Anyways the app just kinda tell you if you owe money, but doesnt tell you if people owe you money. If I were you id use it only to keep track of the things that were bought, but in the end, you better triple check everything by hand anyways.

Needs work

I dont want to tap the "X" to clear each field before I type in my value. The field should default to empty. The "People Who Owe" should have the option to default to everyone in event. I dont want to tap the "Add Everyone From Event" button for every single transaction.
