Bon éditeur, dans la lignée de Notepad++

Je cherchais un quasi-clone de l’éditeur « Notepad++ » sous Windows, on peu dire que je l’ai trouvé ! Cot Editor est un excellent éditeur, il fait le taff et il le fait bien. Coloration de la syntaxe selon le langage, outil de recherche puissant, très léger etc… Il ne lui manque qu’une gestion par onglets et peu être une traduction des menus en Français. En revanche, depuis peu il à tendance a planter lors de la sauvegarde… Moi qui l’utilise depuis 1 an, vivement quune correction arrive rapidement :-)

It’s the first text editor that accepts regular expressions and allows n (cr lf) substitutions. It would be perfect if the app implicitly permits crlf searches/exhibition, like in notepad++.

Hallo, bin zwar noch ganz neu in der HTML-Programmierung, aber für den Hobbyanwender und nicht proffesionellen Anwender ist dieses Tool sicher super geeinget um zu coden. Sehr einfach auf seine eigene Bedürfnisse anzupassen und kostenlos! Bisher muss ich sagen echt super. 4 Sterne da ich das Tool bisher nur 1 Std getestet habe und noch keinen vollen Funktionsumfang gesehen habe...

Perfekter Editor!

Das, was Notepad++ unter einem anderen OS ist, dass ist hier der CotEditor für den Mac. Grandios. Nach langer Suche endlich angekommen. 6 Sterne!

Mit Abstand bester kostenloser Editor!

Durch Zufall entdeckt bei der Suche nach einem Webeditor und ich bin begeistert! Vieles, was bei Textastic oder Textwrangler und anderen namhaften Editoren auf dem Mac fehlt, ist hier vorhanden (Code-Vervollständigung, Farbwähler mit Hexcode, Druckfunktion)! Und er hat eine deutschsprachige Oberfläche! :-) Vorbildlich ist auch das Tempo, welches der Autor bei der Weiterentwicklung des Programms zeigt. Man merkt, dass er mit Herz und Seele dabei ist. Was der CotEditor noch nicht hat, ist ein Dateimanager für eigene Projekte. Aber als Editor ist er jetzt schon große Klasse!

Toller Editor - fast perfekt!

Der Editor ist wirklich toll, gut gestalten und sehr übersichtlich. Er bietet einige nützliche Funktionen für die HTML-Programmierung wie inkompatible Zeichen oder Gliederungsansicht. Den fünften Stern gibt es, wenn noch eine Vorschaufunktion eingebaut wird - integriert oder zumindest Browseraufruf.

Sicherheitsproblem bei sensieblen Daten?!

Was mich stört ist die Funktion: "Automatische Sicherung mit Versionen aktivieren“ den hier steht leider der Zusatz: "Selbst wenn es nicht aktiviert, erstellt CotEditor Backups heimlich für den unerwarteten Absturz.“ Wo liegen diese Backups und sind diese verschlüsselt? Bei sensieblen Daten möchte man keine Kopien irgendwo auf einem Rechner! Als reiner Editor für kleine Code-Snippets klasse und sogar kostenlos! Die Buttonleiste könnte noch Funktionen wie „Speichern" etc aufzeigen.
