Not a Good App

DFK-MD · 13 years ago · v1.2.2

A Very Basic anatomical App, Not what you expect from the description in App Store.

Terrible app for the money, do not buy.

Chode master 7 · 9 years ago · v1.2.4

For the price, this app should have way more features. It gives decent information on the cranial nerves but has terrible pictures. No 3D or models. The pictures of the nerves are labeled but most are slightly elaborate lines with the occasional ear connected. Also has no other features except Google and Wikipedia. Not a good study tool unless you already have some base knowledge.

Perfect for students!

good..

iPad edition is sweet, could you add more images? and a trackable tags with indexing would be very good for testing myself!

App is ok, was expecting a picture of the brain as shown for the app icon. Wouldnt recommend this app to anyone in first year A&P, it is a little too in depth for some just trying to learn the where and whats. Besides that, it is a very informative app. Needs more pictures though.

Good Review of Cranial Nerve function

Check your facts!

Please correct the diagrams for the vagus and the hypoglossal nerves, As they are reversed. Also please check the signs and symptoms section for the spinal accessory nerve... Im fairly certain impairment there doesnt result in the exact same symptoms as impairment to the vagus nerve. Regurgitation? Hoarseness? Really? I like the layout, but the content needs proof reading. If youre going to charge for this, the information should be accurate. Id also like it better if specific muscles were listed, rather than "muscles of the face and scalp" "muscles of the larynx" "muscles of mastication." It seems your audience is higher level than basic a&p, so more detail would be appreciated.
