It is listed as free app for App Store, but they have the setup that make you sign up their merchant account. I dont mind paying for the app, but I would like to use my existing Authorized.net account.
Great on iPhone, theres a catch on Mac
I downloaded this thinking it would be an extension of the great app from innerfence I use on my iPhone. However, it is not. Unfortunately, in order to use the app you must register for a merchant account through innerfence. Bummer. Also, the "Begin Setup" button doesnt work or take you to their site. Disappointing.

I paid alot for iPhone app when if first came out but cant use this without creating a new Authorize.net account, which I cant do for my business. We could use this program if Innerfence would release an inexpensive version that doesnt require you to use them.
Previous reviewers misunderstood
I dont think the previous reviewers understand how credit card processing works. This is an extension of the iphone credit card processing app. You need to go through innerfence and register in order for the mac app to link to your authorize.net account. In other words, if you are already processing credit cards with the iphone app from innerfence, then you can use this app and process credit cards just as you would on your iphone. Perhaps inner fence should document this clearly as it is evident that people are misunderstanding what this software is for. You cant walk off the street and process credit cards. You need to set up an account. But this is a good thing; you dont want an average joe to be able to process cards without a screening or application process. Innerfence is a great company to deal with, they respond fast to questions and they dont have a PCI complicance surcharge. For small sellers, this is fantastic as we dont really have PCI issues.
Does not work like iPhone version
Installed expecting it to work like the iPhone version of this app and it does not let you input your own Authorize.net account, so it is of no use. Should have a cheap version that works like the iPhone app and supports Authorize.net!
Looks like the cool app in the iphone app store...NOT
Deleted it as fast as I downloaded it, I am not signing up with their merchant services when I already have authorize.net account.
