Our vision is to help democratize entrepreneurship by reducing knowledge, geographic, financial and cultural barriers that hinder entrepreneurs. To achieve this, we present “Crowd Bootstrap”. It is a “sweat equity” startup accelerator in an App. Crowd Bootstrap gives entrepreneurs access to a “Lean Startup Roadmap” that is the sequence of best practices to start and grow a company. It also provides access to a "Crowd of Experts" who help entrepreneurs accelerate each step in their startup journey. This current version of the Crowd Bootstrap App is available for download as a “Public Pilot”. You can use the App to test and validate its functionality and usefulness. The goal of this Public Pilot is to obtain feedback from real users prior to the full production launch of the App. The initial use case for the full production launch of Crowd Bootstrap is to improve the effectiveness of “Impact investing” by 10 times. The initial target market is mining entrepreneurs in Ghana. We invest our blockchain Token into startups and receive equity in return. We select startups that will generate a profit while providing social good. The entrepreneurs use our Tokens to accelerate their progress by buying business services from our crowd of experts. The Tokens received by each of these experts, for services rendered, represent shares in our “sweat equity” startup accelerator fund. This new funding program replaces the current funding provided by illegal foreign miners in Africa. These illegal foreign miners currently “export” $25B per year in illegal cash outflows to their home countries. They also destroy farm land, pollute the environment, and endanger local lives. By eliminating the dependence on illegal foreign miners, Crowd Bootstrap empowers local entrepreneurs to monetize natural resources and recycle mining profits into the local economy. This includes re-investment into renewable and sustainable sources of wealth generation such as eco-farming, eco-tourism and entrepreneurship. In summary, Crowd Bootstrap helps transform local economies that currently export wealth from depletable natural resources into economies that generate and recycle wealth using renewable sources.
