Description

The ČSOB Smart Key will make it easier for you to log in and confirm payments in internet banking, as well as card payments in e-shops, or remote verification when calling the Infoline or a bank branch. You dont have to wait for a confirmation SMS and then rewrite the code from it. With the Smart Key, notifications will pop up immediately and you will confirm the request with a Face ID, fingerprint, or numerical PIN. Why to use ČSOB Smart Key application: • Conveniently log in and confirm the payment in internet banking • Easily confirm card payments on the Internet • The app can verify you remotely when calling the Infoline or bank branch • You can use a Face ID or fingerprint instead of a numerical PIN • Authentication complies with bank-grade security standards • Being offline is not a problem: app works also offline for confirming transactions in internet banking • A map of branches and ATMs is a part of the app • You can install it on both your mobile phones and tablets After downloading, simply activate the application in internet banking. Nice job CSOB!

Well done app, much appreciate the comfort. I really hated those SMS keys with passion and thanks to this they are a thing of the past. Feature request - could the PIN be replaced with a fingerprint scan please for even faster authorizations?

QR code required for multi-payment orders

The authors seem to have fixed at least one problem with the digits forming the confirmation code not displayed. But the most annoying bug is still there: you must use the QR code for multi-payment orders, the regular automatic mechanism still don’t work (internet connection, huh?). Also, why does this app ask for the PIN for *every* transaction? Isn’t this what TouchID was invented for?
