Description
CTJournals is a specialty specific scholarly journal aggregator for mobile devices. The app displays RSS feeds for journals of interest to healthcare personnel that treat patients with diseases of the heart, lungs, or blood vessels. The most commonly read periodicals in the field are included in this software
The user is given the opportunity to review the articles while maintaining an internet connection. He or she may save article abstracts for future off-line study. It is also possible to obtain full text articles by linking to the journals web page. However, an account with the journal is usually required for full access.
The user of this app may also email links to colleagues and may also email the developer to suggest additional journals.
