Description

The Czech English Dictionary for iPhone and iPod Touch is a fast and easy to use Czech <-> English dictionary. It also includes a large English Dictionary & Thesaurus. 198,753 Czech <-> English entries!! 147,277 English <-> English entries !! It does not require Internet connection and works offline. This dictionary also have the following features: 1. The incremental search results appear as you type using our super fast index. 2. You can perform a lookup for a word in either in Czech or English in all dictionaries simultaneously. 3. You can tap on any word on the screen to find the its translation and explanation. No need to search for the word, then you can tap the back button and continue from where you left off. 4. You can save your words into the Favorite list and email them to yourself for further study. 5. Integrated web search/dictionary contents

Great product for the price! Best thing is that you dont have to input diacritical marks in the Czech to find your word. The interface is not fancy but so far I have been finding the words I am looking for, which is what counts. Also I appreciate that grammatical classifications are given. This is way better than the 99 cent dictionary BK that is horrible.

Fortunately I got this years ago when it was free. I use it all the time while studying the language. It has proved to be an invaluable tool for life in Prague. I really have no idea why anyone would rate this less than 5 stars even at the current price. Děkujéme za tenhle užasný app!

Great but keyboard

Please add support for third party keyboards ( maybe apples doing). No keyboard appears to type when SwiftKey is selected. Otherwise has a nice interface and works well...
