Limited but good enough

I made an online booking last Friday for Jupiter Ascending. Normal version at 8.50pm but when I went to the counter to pickup/pay for my tickets, details were all wrong. Firstly the booking number given to me had someone elses name & movie time was 5.50pm. There was no normal version at 8.50pm but 8pm. Not sure if this mess up is only restricted to V4 but I was not impressed. Need to manage & update this app properly please

App is user friendly and so easy to book movies in advance and no more line waiting as seats are assigned.

The fact that you can sit in the comfort of you home and see whats going in the cinemas is great. But, im sure you can improve on the online booking options.. Its seems there is a bug or so.. Whenever i try to book online, after choosing my seats and moving in towards the end where you confirm everything.. It crashes and jump back to the list of movies going on in the cinema. Now this has happened to me 5 times out of 10 ... Other wise .. Great app
