Disappointed with Digital Subscription and App

I am very unhappy with the digital subscription and the app. It is September 6th, and I have yet to receive the September 2016 issue. I called the magazines subscription line. I was told to speak with the technical support department, but it was after hours. I also agree that it is difficult to navigate the digital magazine due to its format. In all honesty, I would love to receive a refund for my subscription. I would rate the app zero stars if the review feature allowed it.

WOW! This magazine is amazing! The stories are great! The way this magazine is designed with the pop-ups and the scroll bars are AMAZING! And just bring everything to LIFE! Cant wait for the next issue!

Offline Viewing?

The app does not support offline viewing, what is the purpose of subscribing? I want to be able to have the magazine everywhere. Plus, there is no Retina support either.

I had a strange technical problem with this app when I upgraded my iPad, and Dance Magazines customer service was fast, friendly, and generally outstanding. I love the magazine, but the customer service is the icing on the cake.

When I try to swipe from page-to-page, it goes to a Joffery advertisement from which I cant escape.

I didnt use it yet but...

So far it looks good but I read somebody elses rating for this and they said there was an "advertisement that they couldnt escape" so if you could maybe shut off advertisements or make sure that there is an x (exit) than it will be more awesome. Thank you for listening and also this happens to me on other apps make sure you fix any bugs or when your on a app and it logs out and loses all the data make sure that that doesnt happen.thank you again for listening and please update.
