Another let down App!

Another so called App for metro information is a bust! When I try and get bus info all I get: Could not find the requested stop. $1.99 wasted!

Outage Explanation

The recent intermittent outage was caused by Metro shutting down access during times of heavy usage. They were completely unresponsive in addressing the issue on their end. The app has been updated to provide more redundancy during such times. We understand the frustration of those who posted complaints in recent ratings. Superb App!

Its been a while since there was a major broken link (there are still some but theyre not major stops) but overall the *BEST* WMATA app out there. The app is optimized for the iPhone 5s screen so thats a plus and everything works very well. Keep it up!

Solid but some rough edges

Overall a well laid out app that does what needs to be done. No complaints with the basic functionality, but: cant distinguish between east and westbound buses at same stop in favorites; cant reorder favorites; would be great to have info on lock screen, allowing me to glance at phone. These would all be super useful additions.

The maker of this app shouldnt be blamed for problems with WMATAs feed. So far the app has worked like a charm. I love the design and the responsiveness.

Makes Commuting So Much Easier

I take a bus and 2 trains to get to work. This app makes it possible. I have found it very accurate for both and actually easier to find bus location than the WMATA trip planner. I bought the no ad (reasonable price) because I did find myself hitting the link accidentally when scrolling. A must have app for DC commuters.

Bus functionality is awesome... search by stop # is perfect. Need to upload the new map with the added Silver line.
