Description

Debt Strategy helps you identify the best payoff strategy in order to pay down your debts fast. It also helps you track and pay off your debts, and execute on the strategy you choose. After entering your debts in the application, you can analyze how the choice of payment strategy or different extra amounts helps you pay off your debts sooner, and save on the total interest paid. Debt Strategy supports multiple strategies such as: - Minimum Payments Only - Lowest Balances First, with rollover of payments from paid off loans - Highest Interest Rate First, with rollover of payments from paid off loans Debt Strategy helps you to take control of your debts. Pick one debt, either one with the lowest balance or one with the highest interest rate, and focus on paying it off first by paying a little more than the minimum. This will shave months off your debt. With your other debts, continue paying just the minimum. After you finish paying off the first debt, move on to the 2nd debt per your strategy. Roll over the amount you paid each month from your first debt to pay off this one. You will pay off the second debt even more quickly. Continue this strategy until all your debts are paid. Features: - Ability to enter debts and track debts. - Ability to identify the best pay-off strategy, and perform what-if analysis with different additional amounts and pay-off strategies - Graphical view of how the debts will be paid off - Pie/Bar charts for debt break down by category, or remaining balance - Monthly payment schedule for each debt - Ability to enter payments during the life of the loan, and accurately track remaining balances - Payment reminders so you can make your payments on time - Ability to override the home currency - Option to email a report - Password protection

Funny how after enabling the pass code feature it almost works. Exit app and restart. It asks you for a passcode. Press the round button to exit. Start the app again. It bypasses the passcode screen and youre in. Not very secure, is it?

Save the $1.39 and use it to pay something off

Freezes all the time and when you close the app and go back to it everything is gone!! Not even going to try and fix it. Its already deleted.

Great App. Was wondering.... Can you add extra payment and start date to each debt particularly the Home debt and a start date? Currently, you can only add the extra payment at the beginning of the entire strategy. This would allow us to add additional payments to each debt starting at a future date. Thanks.

Nice app... Would be 5 stars, but there seems to be a glitch in the calculation on the month a debt is paid off. The remaining portion does not automatically go onto the next debt in that same month. Ive sent an email... lets hope this can be fixed, so it can be a 5 star app. If not, itll not work for many long term debts that you are trying to payoff using a snowball method.

I like very much. Useful, easy to use. Exactly what I needed to become debt free as fast as I can. Sure would like the following added - ability to email the payment schedule and to be able to sort the schedule so all of the bills show up in a month view sorted by date bill due. Sure would be nice to see what Im doing this month in a view. Also need ability to back up data and share with others. Nice for husband and wife to see the same data. Otherwise this is a 5 star app for me.
