The DemoTour app shows you all upcoming Demo Events of Duotone Kiteboarding, Duotone Windsurfing, Duotone Foil Wing, Fanatic SUP, Fanatic Windsurfing, ION Bike, ION Water and SQLab on a map.
As a registered user it can be converted into a rental tool for watersport and bike equipment when running on iPad – essential for demo event organizers.
Managing and keeping track of rentals is a hard job. Surrounded by many enthusiastic customers who can't rent their material quick enough, the pressure is on and stakes high due to the value of the equipment. More often than not you don't know all the names of your customers, and once the demo day is over, you're unsure of how to retarget them for sales purposes.
The Boards & More DemoTour app is here to ease the pressure and help you get the most out of your demo days. All you need is to be at your venue with an iPad. The app keeps track of your customers and your rentals in a safe and professional way. A totally paperless system, you can say 'goodbye' to windswept forms that seem to magically disappear.
Start by entering the location of the demo event. As customers come to rent equipment, allow them to enter their data whilst you assign them material. To make the rental 'official', have them sign the general terms and conditions directly on your device. The app will automatically keep track of your customers. All rentals are displayed in a simple table where an overview of your active and returned rentals are updated throughout the event. At the end of the day, simply export the collected data.
