I know the original game, which is called Stressrelief.exe and - as you can tell - is not available for Mac. I was glad to find this game for Mac, because I ”enjoyed” playing it every once in a while to - as the name states - relief some stress in a non harmful way. But it is more than disappointing. The sounds of the tools are either not there at all (you cannot hear the termites munching away), the flmaethrower - even if you keep pressing the mouse - is on a loop and you can hear when the new loop starts, because there is a small break. The ”machine” gun doesn’t shoot more than 3 bullets at a time, even if you keep pressing the key/mouse. You can harm (read kill, I’m sorry) the termites with all of the tools, but instead of hearing a sound that indicates their ”death” it doesn’t make any noise. This is no fun at all and disappointed me very much. Stressrelief never was and never will be an innocent game in the sense, but it’s simple, somewhat fun and no actual harm to anybody and this version is not worth the name or being compared to the original. This was very disappointing, I would not recommend it to anyone, especially not those, who are looking for a replacement of the old Windows version. Too bad, this was more stress than stress relief and not worth the investment, this is absolutely overpriced for what it is, I’m sorry.

Nothing like the Windows Version
Broken
Doesn’t work in El Capitan (white screen). Additionally, it requests permission to access the user’s contacts and the Internet. For what nefarious purpose? Who knows...

A Good Start
As a longtime fan of destroying previous desktops I was excited to see this gem appear in the app store. While it is certainly a good start, it is missing critical features (weapons) from the original; the paintball thrower and the super soaker to be specific. In addition, the app could benefit from more stamp variety, which coupled with an added paintball thrower will add some color to the destroyed desktop, as well as endless rounds of machine gun bullets on mouse down. Right now it only shoots off three at a time. Like I said, its a good start.
Excellent!
This is a very addicting application. It is worth the money! I hope that when you update this app, it will have more tools because this is so much fun and addicting!
Really fun and addicting!1
This game is fun and addicting and i played for hours and hours, just never gets old!!
NEEDS an update
Overall, very fun. Needs more weapons, and options for the stamp. Also, a pointer or a crosshair would be good so you could see where you are going to hit without just having to eyeball it. The flamethrower was more real and overall better. One, the fire looks fake. Two, the old one used to spread the fire afterwords just like an actual fire. I would very much like to see some of the old weapons come back. If you are wondering wheather or not you should buy the game, I would. However, Apple needs to update this game FAST.
