Through nightly events Detroit Craft Beer Month (DCBM) will promote our regions thriving craft beer culture, enhancing beer knowledge and appreciation by sponsoring a 30 day festival that attracts tourists, fosters knowledge of our regional brewing heritage and serves as a showcase for metro Detroits breweries, restaurants, pubs, retailers, hotels and casinos as well as the many other businesses with ties to the craft beer community. DCBM runs from Saturday, June 1—Sunday, June 30, 2013 and features a wide variety of events highlighting Michigans vibrant craft beer culture and industry. This month-long series of events brings the community together to celebrate great beers and the wonderful places in which we enjoy them. DCBM will promote metro Detroit bars, breweries and restaurants, giving craft beer lovers the opportunity to attend events ranging from beer dinners and food pairing to beer walks, bar promotions, brewery parties and plenty more.
