Since there are no reviews.. Here is a quick look. I have not tried recipes yet but have looked through them. There is a good variety of recipes, over 1000. The application looks fine on the third iPad, but doesnt support app switching. If I leave the app to use Safari or make a grocery list.. when I come back, I need to search for that recipe again. Also I hope the developer removes the annoying Start button when the App launches.
Not helpful, and IMHO, not diabetic friendly
I find it shocking that the recipes listed as diabetic friendly do not include information on the sugar content. Basic oatmeal recipe is absurdly high in sugar. Several recipes also include the addition of artificial sweeteners, which have been shown to be worse for you than sugar itself. Being diabetic is about breaking the sugar fix, and this app does not help a person toward that goal. Dont waste your money, Im uninstalling.
Not enough nutritional info.
Was hoping for a good source of quick recipes with total nutritional info easily available. No so luck!
